WHO WE ARE
We are a group of professionals and academics from the technical and scientific fields, with international experience in research, complex systems design, and technical consulting.

WORK ETHIC
Our work ethic was shaped in an international environment, which taught us to combine scientific rigor with pragmatism in problem solving, working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging with approaches and perspectives rooted in different cultural contexts.
In such an environment, negotiations between research groups could shape technological directions for decades to come. This is why we believe that using new technologies does not mean chasing the latest trend, but rather assessing the client’s needs and making informed decisions with lasting impact.

WHAT WE DO
We design and build robust IT infrastructures: networks, servers, HPC clusters, cloud environments, and automation systems.
We work with companies, public institutions, and research centers, bringing expertise developed in contexts where reliability, security, and performance are not optional.

APPROACH
We believe in a solid and well-documented method: every intervention is designed to last, be maintainable, and give real autonomy to the client.
Thetra is not a showcase of technological buzzwords. We are technical partners, used to working on real-world problems—even unconventional ones. Wherever reliable solutions are needed, we are there.

INNOVATION
Driven by curiosity and passion, we dedicate time and resources to studying the latest innovations, with a particular focus on the open-source world.
We regularly attend major European conferences on open source and cybersecurity, where the most innovative and recently developed technologies are presented and discussed. This allows us to identify new trends before they become mainstream or are adopted by large commercial enterprises.
Our continuous interaction with the developers of open-source projects enables us to actively contribute to the growth of the technologies we use and recommend.

VISION
We have a long-term perspective: we prioritize maintainability and sustainability of systems over short-lived solutions.
We reject the principle of “we’ve always done it this way,” which is often just the result of layers of poor decisions.

COMMUNICATION
We use clear and direct language, avoiding technical jargon used as mere stylistic exercise.
